Aunt tricks nephew into eating veggies by placing them inside a Jollibee takeout box, and netizens are thrilled
Listen, it can be tough trying to feed kids who have learned to be picky about their meals, especially when they’d rather have Jollibee than a plate of veggies.
Yet one user was able to dupe her nephew into eating food on the table by sneakily placing dinner inside a Jollibee takeaway container.
Maricris Soriano Hungriano posted photos of her nephew giddy with excitement as he opened the Jollibee box — with adobong sitaw (pork adobo with string beans) and rice inside.
“Time will come when you will learn that they don’t have adobong sitaw at Jollibee,” she cheekily wrote online. “You were so excited to eat you even clapped,” she shared.
The post was shared over 43,000 times.
“That kid is unlucky to have an aunt such as you,” one cheekily wrote.
“Such a cute life hack,” another raved.
